Perhaps you have a room in your home that feels dated or stuck — or you have eclectic furniture pieces you love, but struggle to create a cohesive space. Maybe you have the plans for a kitchen renovation but need help pulling together the long list of finishes and fixtures — or, you hope to update a kitchen or bath without starting over from scratch.
I help real people in real homes create an oft-elusive “pulled together” feeling in their living spaces. People with busy lives, who value comfort and usability as much as beauty. Clients who want personal and unique solutions without dropping six figures on a room.
I’ll create a unique plan for you to move forward, and curate the items you’ll need to achieve a finished and functional living space. The first step is a Discovery Call.

The best way to understand if Kindred is a good fit for your project is to chat by phone. When you reach out, we’ll set up a time for a 15 minute call to discuss your needs, my services, and your timeline to determine what works best for your project. This is your chance to interview me as well -- ask any questions about the Kindred process so you can choose the right designer for your needs.
Design Consultation
$650 (per room)
Where every project begins! At your Consultation, we’ll discuss the space and its challenges, along with your preferences -- this is a time of conversation, understanding the space, and generating ideas. The consultation will last about 90 minutes — afterward I’ll take detailed measurements and photos. The result of this will be a multi-page Design Plan that lists the steps you can take to create a beautiful and functional living space. If you’d like me to source all the recommended items for you, I offer Design Packages.
Design Packages
$2000+ (per room, based on type/size)
From your consultation and Design Plan, I’ll source the recommended items for your space. You’ll receive a floor plan, a Design Board with selections, tear sheets for ease of ordering, and additional in-person meetings to review samples as necessary. Customized furnishings, fabric and art sourcing, and millwork design is not included (if desired, an estimated will be included with your Design Plan).
Styling and Finishing
$500 and up (priced with Design Plan)
Once your new furnishings and textiles are in place, I’ll put the icing on the cake by creating a cohesive, unique, and orderly design for books and objects on shelving, occasional tables, or gallery walls.
